To provide you with the most reliable, secure, and proactive support, we require that your hardware and software meet the following standards. These benchmarks ensure your environment is fully compatible with our systems and eligible for full SLO (Service Level Objectives) coverage.

Anything outside of these standards? No problem — we’ll still offer best-effort support, and we’ll work with you to get your tech up to speed. But there may come a time when upgrades are essential to continue full support.
